By accessing this Website, accessible from, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for agreeing to the terms of this agreement. If you disagree with any of our terms, you are prohibited from accessing our site and creating any services with us. If found breaking our Terms of Service in any way or form, we have a right to suspend your account and/or services agreed upon before purchasing from us. We can give a reason for suspension on request.

The materials, or text appearing on the SkyVillage Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We may change the materials contained on our website at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited countries from services
SkyVillage provides its services at a pay-as-you-go rate to all, internationally. However, there are laws which prohibit us from selling our services to certain countries. All sales will be made in accordance with applicable laws. By agreeing to purchase our services, you are accepting, by law, that you are accountable and responsible for breaking internal country law, if not permitted by your country, by using our services.

Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refund your money and cancel your service at any time for any reason. So please be ethical with your use of our service, and please do not do anything that breaks our Fair Use Policy.
Please do not put the SkyVillage team in a situation where we feel the need to cancel your service.

Refunds are also issued at the sole discretion of the SkyVillage Team. We also reserve the right not to issue a refund. Exclusions from this, is if your not satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a refund 24 hours from when your order was placed. Some orders though, may be non-refundable. Other than that, we can only issue a refund if we think the decision is necessary.
However, a refund can't be obtained through chargebacks or disputes. By accepting these terms, you are agreeing that chargebacks and disputes against our services is void, and if there was a chargeback or a dispute started by the client, there would be no way to claim it in the dispute or a chargeback since the client has agreed to this policy and we can use this policy against your dispute.

You agree that SkyVillage may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your SkyVillage account, any associated email address, and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:
- Breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines.
- Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies. If we receive requests by law enforcement, or government agencies, action will be taken against your account without notice.
- A request by you (self-initiated account deletions). We abide by up-to-date Data Protection Laws, so if a request is made to delete all account data, we will not hesitate to do so.
- Extended periods of inactivity.
- Engagement by you in fraudulent and/or illegal activities.
- Nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the services.
Of course, we can give a reason for termination of your account and services on request.

Data storage
All personal data is securely stored within our databases and isn't sent to third parties in any shape or form. We may store information such as your Email address, address, phone number, and other basic user information.

Third parties
No personal data is sent to third parties, however selected third party services are used which have separate terms and policies. The third parties we use within our services is listed below:
- Google Analytics for collecting analytics and improving our services;
- Wisp Panel for an easy-to-use interface for servers on SkyVillage hosting;
- PayPal, or other payment gateways for collecting payments worldwide.

Termination of services
Your account can be terminated at any time when deemed necessary by the Skylar team. Termination is normally from the following reasons:
- Your creating alt-accounts and abusing our services;
- Use of hacking, disallowed tools unpermitted by the SkyVillage Team.
Of course the SkyVillage team have the right to terminate your services, and on request, a reason of termination can be provided.

Cookies are set on our site when you login and do other activities on our site so our website will work, this is required otherwise most of our site functions will cease to function. 
Other cookies may be set by third parties.

Other information
We work with external companies to ensure our services are functional, such as the dedicated servers provided. These are by other companies, which have separate terms and policies.

To easily access, view, update, delete, or port your personal data (where available), or to update your subscription preferences, please login into your Account and visit "Edit Account Details."

If you make a request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any Services purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

Age restrictions
Our Services are available for purchase only for those over the age of, or at the age of 13. Our Services are not targeted to, or designed to entice individuals under the age of 13. If you know of or have reason to believe anyone under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal data, please contact us.
We may ask you to verify your identity with a photo of your ID if caught being under 13. Having a parent/guardian sign up on behalf of the child is allowed, as long as it is under the parent/guardian’s details.
